What does the blinking light on my mini-split mean?
It is a fault code. The blink pattern identifies the failure — communication, sensor, refrigerant or board — and differs by manufacturer. Tell us the pattern on the phone and we can often narrow it down before arriving.
Why is water dripping from my indoor unit?
Almost always a blocked condensate line or a failed condensate pump. The water has to go somewhere, and when the drain blocks it comes out of the head and down the wall.
Why does my mini-split smell musty?
Biological growth on the blower wheel and coil inside the indoor head. It needs a proper cleaning, not an air freshener — and it usually costs airflow too.
Do you service brands you did not install?
Yes. We repair ductless equipment regardless of who installed it.
