Keep the door shut, move the most perishable product to a box that is holding, and call us. Phone consultations are free and we may identify something you can check immediately.
Do you charge extra to come out overnight for refrigeration?
No. Emergency jobs do not carry an after-hours fee, which matters most on refrigeration calls where waiting until morning costs product.
Why is my freezer icing up badly?
Usually a defrost fault — a failed defrost timer, heater or sensor — or a door seal letting humid air in. Both are common and both are repairable.
Do you service walk-in freezers and reach-in coolers?
Yes, both, along with display cases and merchandisers. They are all part of our commercial refrigeration work.
